Does anyone have any 2 tier Not MLM Affiliate Programs

Hi. I'm looking for a list of reputable two or three tier programs so
that people can sign up under people to help brand their books.

I will be happy to gather a list then when new people ask me what to
affiliate with their books, I'd be happy to spread your affiliate link.

There are so many books now, and most of you know that I like to
advocate that you find affiliate programs that match the books.
IT makes HUGE sense to affiliate with the subject of the Book.
(the old adage of; if they like this, they probably will like this.

ie. gardening book - seeds, gardening supplies
health books - vitamins, natural cures
Marketing books - recommendations to how to market sites
